Fees and policys

Clinician fees:

$290 per initial assessment or consultation (allow up to 90 minutes) 

$195 per 60-minute session

Liaison and report writing $100 per 60 mins

All fees include 15% GST

Late Cancelation fee's:

Fees apply to late cancellations/changes and missed appointments.

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations/changes received with less than 24 hours notice, or missed will incur the full fee of the session. Please note that cancellation time frames exclude weekend days.

Sliding scale:

We have a limited number of sliding fee scale spots available for clients with financial need. These are determined on a case-by-case basis and depend on availability. If you’d like to discuss options, please get in touch.

All invoices need to be paid prior to the next appointment.
