Safety:

• Our clinic adheres to strict safety protocols to provide a safe environment for all clients.
• In case of any medical or psychological emergencies, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure your well-being.
• Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns about their safety or treatment to their therapist promptly.

Booking and Cancellation:

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept online transfers.

Conduct:

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.
• Any form of harassment or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

Changes to Terms:

• The clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
